Ginny Sparkles

Ginny Sparkles is passionate about helping small children to express themselves creatively through the performing arts. She believes that by engaging in creative play such as singing, dancing and pretending, small children develop stronger physical, emotional and social skills that help them to relate to each other and the world around them. Ginny absolutely loves seeing little faces come to life when children are engaged in musical and imaginative play!
Ginny is currently a play therapist at The Canberra Hospital and has been working with young children as a teacher and entertainer for over ten years. She is also a theatre director and dramaturg and has a Postgraduate Diploma of Dramatic Art (Directing) from NIDA and a BA (hons) majoring in Theatre and Film from ANU.
She is currently completing a Masters of Teaching (primary) through Curtin University.
LILY Sparkles

Lily is a passionate musician, songwriter and dancer who gigs professionally around Canberra. In addition to Sparkling, she provides music minitstry for children of all ages.
Lily delights in sharing the magic and joy of music and dance with children.
PARIS Sparkles

An experienced dance teacher and musical theatre performer, Paris loves to use music and fun to build skills, confidence and passion in children. She is also studying to become a paediatric occupational therapist.
IMOGENE Sparkles
Music, dance & drama teacher
Imogene grew up in a musical family and was singing in choirs and bands almost before she could talk! Imogene is currently studying Jazz Performance at ANU and plays piano, guitar, ukulele and has even tried her hand at clarinet, piano-accordion, drums and cello!
Having experienced first-hand the power of music as a tool for teaching and creating community, Imogene loves seeing children build confidence, creativity, and empathy through singing.
LIZZY Sparkles
Music, Dance & Drama Teacher
Currently studying Music and Politics at the Australian National University, Lizzy spends most of her free time writing her own music which she performs around the Canberra region.
Lizzy is trained in Ballet, Tap dancing, Contemporary, Jazz and Ballroom, and has been in a number of musicals including Into The Woods in which she played Cinderella.
Lizzy loves sharing her passion for music and dance, and adores seeing how music helps people gain confidence and joy.
Sarah Sparkles

Sarah is a trained preschool teacher and musician.
She has been working with LS&F for 6 years and brings her child-centred, kind and creative approach to all aspects of her work with us.
In her spare time, she loves volunteering with Vinnies Youth program.
